Refund & Cancellation Policy
At ShadiSankalp, we strive to provide our members with a transparent and reliable matrimonial platform. Before subscribing to any of our plans, we request all users to carefully read the following Refund & Cancellation Policy:
1. No Refund on Subscription
Once a subscription plan is purchased, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. We recommend users to go through the features of each plan before making the payment.
2. Profile Deactivation & Discontinuation
Users who do not wish to continue may choose to deactivate their profile anytime. After deactivation, the subscription plan will stand cancelled, and the profile will no longer be visible to other members.
3. Non-Transferable Plans
Subscription plans are strictly non-transferable and cannot be shifted to another account, email, or user.
4. Auto-Expiration
All plans are time-bound and will automatically expire once the chosen subscription period ends. Renewal will be voluntary, and no automatic deduction will be done without user consent.
5. Exceptional Cases
In case of any technical issue (such as double payment deduction), users must notify us within 7 working days along with valid proof of transaction. After verification, the excess amount may be refunded or adjusted.
